1:1 Consult Session $120 (approx length 90-120 minutes)
**Two or more months paid in advance is discounted to $105/month. Every member and skill level is eligible for this savings.
You are "skilled" when you demonstrate moving the bell safely. This is usually accomplished within 2 months of regular training. All class times above are available to you (4 days/week~24 classes/month !). Double up and dial in !! All new members will be screened using the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) tool to detect asymmetrical movement patterns. The FMS is a powerful biomechanics tool for immediate feedback. The feedback offers insight into a persons movement strengths and weaknesses. New members will be screened and a personal training plan will be put in place. All levels of experience are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Kettlebells are provided for all classes. You provide the sweat. Tuition is non-refundable.

Beginner/Intermed classes~ The focus for this night will be on basic movement patterns of 10 different kettlebell exercises.
Intermed./Advanced classes~ The focus for this night will be more intense circuit patterns, heavier bells, more difficult movement patterns.

(Introductory Class*)
The 'Introductory Class' is a very basic introduction on how to safely handle a kettlebell. The pace is steady yet gives a very thorough training on the "dead-lift" and "swing" using flexibility techniques and mobility exercises to assist learning. This class is fee based and separate from the first time/newcomer free class offer.
Kettlebells are provided for all classes.

Must be a client, or member of N.E. KEttlebells to attend. Drop in fee $10. A new challenge & workout each Sunday using kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, battling ropes, med balls, free weights & The Prowler.

Beginner class
Drop in class. Everyone welcome! Mainly a kettlebells class but other tools may be used. First class is free, $10.00 thereafter.
I am passionate about making connections with my clients & students, keeping them challenged and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. I have competed in triathlons, road races and took 1st Place in the 2009 Ms. Minnesota Natural Bodybuilding Competition. I'm especially passionate about kettlebells & sharing the kettlebell love. Kettlebells are provided for all classes.
